Due to the delicate nature of our products and our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of uncompromised quality for every customer, we maintain a strict 'No Returns' and 'No Exchange' policy for all orders.

• Reporting Damaged or Defective Products: In the rare instance that your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we are committed to making it right.

• To help us resolve the issue swiftly, kindly include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and the original packaging.

• Order Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled within 3 hours of confirmation. After this period, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
